The Trumpet is the student run newspaper at West Liberty University located on the second floor of the student union. West Liberty University is located in the small town of West Liberty, West Virginia.

 

2021 marks the 100th anniversary of The Trumpet and in celebration of the paper's centennial, they have a new website, digital archiving dating back as far as 1921, new branding, and a documentary featuring old and new members. This documentary can be viewed below and it dives into lives of both current and previous members of The Trumpet as they talk about what it was like and how it contributed to where they are today.
